    I tried reproducing the error and the place order button seemed to work fine.

    Please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing using https://snipboard.io

    Hi,

    Here is the screenshot of the code
    https://snipboard.io/IqnPms.jpg

    It seems that the button is disabled on your end due to unsuccessful form validation.
    The disabled part of the code above signals that invalid or incomplete payment information was inserted. As soon as valid debit/credit card data is detected, the disabled code is removed and the button gets active. Here is how the active button code ended up on my end:

    <button type="submit" class="button alt" name="woocommerce_checkout_place_order" id="place_order" value="Bestelling plaatsen" data-value="Bestelling plaatsen">Bestelling plaatsen</button>

    Please try changing the payment information using valid (or test) credit/debit card numbers and see how it goes.

    Hi,
    Sure i can understand that but the card information isnt even supposed to be there because the inly payment methid i want to use is IDEAL with that you dont even need card details.

    @zindanoglu

    Kindly check this thread for pointers

    Hi there,

    on the other hand when i press the place order button in customize it does work

    You will want to test it out through the shop page.

    I have been struggling with a problem no matter what I tried the place order button is not working

    Is this happening with all the products? Is this happening with different cards or only one?

    To check this much better, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Thank you.

    @zindanoglu

    I tried making some further tests and your site was redirecting to certain URLs.

    Could you check with your host what is going on?

    Hello @zindanoglu!

    You can’t be hacked by sharing the System Status Report.

    We use the System Status Report to get an idea of your site’s configuration and to know which extensions are you using at the moment.

    Please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment. — At the moment we don’t have that information, as has been removed.

    Additionally, I did a test on your site again, and I am able to see the “Order button” as it looks in the following image:

    We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
