Place post & comment author avatar in the right place, with this theme

Hi! I’m using one of the many wordpress themes out there.
I added author’s avatar with a code I found around the web.

I know I can solve the problem with css editing, but I’m not good at it.

So, I created a test site, hoping some of you can edit the code form
