Placeholder after update

Hi, after the last update the placeholder does not maintain the right ratio between the sides.
For example, a youtube video is distorted in shape until marketing cookies are accepted.

Another thing that has changed is that previously a preview of the video was shown before clicking to accept marketing cookies.
Now a generic image is shown (wp-content / plugins / complianz-gdpr / assets / images / placeholder.jpg) before accepting and this is not beautiful to see.

Until yesterday, with the old version, this problem did not exist.

How can this be resolved?
