placeholder for email

    Hi goldmember! To put in your placeholder you will need to edit the HTML within the PHP file of the plugin.

    I added it to this line:

    '<p><label>'.__('Email').'</label> <input type="text" placeholder="email" name="eml" class="input" /></p>'

    Now when I refresh the site, the placeholder appears for a split second then disappears.

    What am I missing?

    Hi goldmember! The placeholder was in the page HTML, but it was removed after the page loads by a script. Unfortunately it is not possible which plugin or theme script was responsible for resetting the placeholder.
