    Sorry, the forum broke the syntax. It is:

    https://leggi.li/?p= [ [ post_id ] ] (leave out the spaces)

    The double brackets are used to get a custom meta field from the post meta. If you add a custom field and put that value in it, then you can do that.

    Alternatively, if you want links that look like that, you could just select the option to “use WordPress as a shortener”, which will produce links that look like that using the #url# template tag.

    It depends on whether you specifically want the post ID, or you want the post ID because you’re trying to generate those links.
