Placeholder for quantity label

Hello, I used the plugins for our restaurant reservation. The quantity label is used for the numbers of guests per reservation. And I want to ask what is the placeholder of this information? I need it so the numbers will display in the email notifications sent to admin and customers. I’ve tried both #selected_count and #service but none works. They don’t display the numbers of the guests.
