Placeholder instead Feautured Image

Hi, I installed plugin and load batch of files with “wp all import”.
When I open sites pages, i found woocommerce placeholder image instead image setted on plugin.
I open, in dashboard, products editor and image are present.
How can I solve this? I want showing “Featured Image from URL” image and not placeholder.
