Placeholder is not a function

    I have a big problem, in the latest version of the theme 1.9.8.2, the console show me this error in this file responsive-scripts.js ver=1.2.6:

    TypeError: jQuery(...).placeholder is not a function....stopPropagation()}),jQuery(function(){jQuery("input[placeholder]

    This affect my plugins.

    Any ideas of how i resolve this problem.
