    Hi the placeholders in the integrated mails don’t work. I tried also

    Hi the placeholders in the integrated mails don’t work {{event_name}}. I also tried {event_name} and (event_name) both also are not replaced. What is the correct spelling and where do I find an overview?

    Hello,

    In the Global Settings -> Email Notifications, the placeholder is not a variable. It works like a string. For example, “Event Name”, “Venue Name” etc.

    The strings added with the default format are working like the placeholder. You can add this string as per your format.
