Placeholders

Hi,
I’ve a problem. After modifying the script and set Automatic at the item cookie blocking-mode in the settings of the Cookiebot plugin, the facebook icons disappeared. They display only if the user accepts all the cookies.
The problem is that, if the user doesn’t accept all the cookie, the facebook icons of Like and Share don’t display so, if the user wants to share or put a like on my site, he can’t do.

So I want to know: how can I put placeholders on my site?

I know that I can use some codes, but I don’t know where I have to insert them.
Please, can someone help me?
