placeholders doesnt work in the approval mail

Since you are using multiple booking in one session make sure to include appointment loop in the approval message template.

Example:

[appointment_loop_start]
appointment_day #appointment_time
[appointment_loop_end]

Hi, I have another question. In the confirmation email, the cancel link is displayed, but it does not work.

Please, check the following options:

1.?User interface?– Allow cancellation or approval by link: yes

2. Email notifications – Notifications landing page: set the full URL of the page with the booking form.

Please, note also – #cancel_link inside appointment loop cancels one particular booking and #cancel_link outside of the loop cancels all booking. You can use both in a single template.

UPDATE: please, update to version 4.5.28. Bug with the cancellation link was fixed.
