Placeholder's ("Name" "Email" etc.)

When you type into the form you can type over or inside a placeholder or filed name. If I place my cursor in middle of “Name” and type my name Johann it becomes NaJohannme. Can this be solved to have placeholder or field name outside the box or have it disappear when I bring cursor inside the entry box?
