placeholders not translating

Hi guys, im having a problem translating a form, the placeholders of default fields arent translating, the string doesnt show using loco https://snipboard.io/UcHA0o.jpg can you help me where i need to make the translation?

I have tested the translation for the Name field, and it worked as expected. See my screenshots below:
When using Loco Translate, you need to make sure you are using the latest version of the POT file. When translating the plugin, click on the Sync button to ensure you are using the latest version of it:
