    Hi, I have a problem with the calendar: although there are free places, it shows as busy and it won’t let me reserve the message is “the providers in this slot

    the proble is in the service “turno 57” and “t u r n o 5 7”

    Hi,

    Service is free from 4th of May onwards. Are you sure you don’t have bookings before that date?

    Hi Hakan,

    that’s what the “schedules” says from WP base plugin.

    only 3 reservations of 12 places appear

    Do you mean each service has a capacity of 3? So you have 4 services, each of them should have 3 places and in total you should have 12 places, is that right?

    Are you sure there are no “pending” bookings for Turno 57?

    Hello again Hakan, thanks for your contributions.

    I have only been able to fix it by putting “NO” in the box -Ignore Business Representative Work Hours- advanced/ bussines setting-

    Now I have another problem, the time slots are 120 minutes 17/19 and 19/21 but it also lets me select 18/20 and that is bad for me. how can i change this?

    Set Use Time Base in Time Slot Calculus as No.
