Placing Social icons in Menu bar

  • A suggestion I had from my marketing manager was to see if I can put my social icons which are currently in the second text widget on the left, into the menu bar itself.

    Would that be possible? and if so, how hard would it be? or if someone could point me to where I could find some more code on this
