Plaeholder for select fields

    Hi, thanks for this awesome plugin.

    I can’t manage to set a set a placeholder on a select field with the free version.

    I fill the “placeholder” field, but it doesn’t displays in the select dropdown.

    This creates a second issue : My field is checked as “required” but, as the placeholder is not displayed, the first option is displayed and selected and everyone can submit the checkout form without selecting another option.

    While providing the options in the select field start with a pipe symbol (|), so that the placeholder will display. Otherwise, it will take the first option in the select field.

    For example: |option1|option2|option3
