  • The same thing happened to me when I have accidentally created the same source and target URL.

    When I deleted it, it remained.

    The solution is to create another redirect, this time from the double url generated (www.example.com/www.example.com) to the target URL.

    Essentially, this will create a double redirect. First time from the normal url to the double one, and then from the double one to the normal one.

    I had no problems with this plugin apart from this situation.

    Also,don’t use “www.yourdomain.com” in source filed. Only the “/page/subpage”.

    It will also happen if you use “/page/subpage” in the target field. (it happened to me). Here you need a full URL.

    Btw, in your case it is a triple one. experiment and see if you need to do a triple redirect to fix it.
