Plain Text & Code Ad Shows On Every Page

I manually create ads and insert them on the pages I want. Right now an ad I created is at the bottom of every single page on the site.

I do not want this.

Now I understand this has something to do with me selecting the placement space that has the ad at the bottom of the page. But how come it is on every page on the site?

How can I create my manual ads but keep the ads from showing up everywhere? I’m sure I”m missing something simple.
