  • Hello Jack,

Could you tell me how and where did you copy the content? Could you let us know the plugin version id?

When you copy the code in Templates or Broadcast or Sequence emails, please make sure to switch to the Text mode from Visual mode.

We’re that the support document has not been updated in a while. You need not manually choose a mail type any more.

    Good morning, sir,

And thank you for your answer.

I’m using Version 4.4.8 of your plugin.

If I understood correctly (I use a translator).

We must always use the editor in text mode and not in visual mode?

Do the keywords work well in text mode?

In fact spamassassin advises me this:
You should also include a plain text version (text/plain) of your message.

    Thank you for your help.

    Good morning, sir,

    Do you have a solution?

    Thank you very much.

    Hello,

You can use the editor of your choice as per your convenience. The text editor lets you edit the raw HTML code of the template/email and the visual editor is for someone who likes to edit it visually.

    > I’m using Version 4.4.8 of your plugin.

We released new versions after this and hope you update to the latest version.

    > Do the keywords work well in text mode?

Keywords work fine in any mode. However, it is always recommended to check the preview.

    > In fact spamassassin advises me this:

I guess the email service providers automatically do this, but could you contact the spamassassin’s author for this?

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We will be happy to help.
