Plain Text / HTML email notification issue

There’s definately an issue with sending e-mails. When using default e-mail templates, they’re fine, in HTML.
However changing anything on E-mail settings tab results in plain text mail notifications: without line-breaks, etc.

I’ve purchased some add-ons too. Hope to set up the email notifications for a customer support service.
