Plain Text link vs HTML link

  • In the creatives, my affiliates see their link. That said it’s not really a text link it is the HTML code for their link, while this is great for pasting into Newsletters and such, they don’t know how to just copy just the link within it. Example

    <a  title="link to coaching program">Click Here</a>

    Basically I want it to just be
    https://doreendowning.com/courses/group-coaching-program/?wpam_id=1

    Is there something that I can do to just have it show the link? These people are not very techie, so need direction for every link. Image of page:
