    Hi,

I am creating a website that will act as a platform. There will be a seller, lists a digital item, and send a link to the buyer, who will come to the site and pay in crypto. For using my site, I want to charge a small transaction fee in crypto, to be sent to my wallet.

Is this plugin correct for me? I need this plugin to convert from local currency to ETH, then process a payment in ETH and send to seller’s Eth address and send small fee to my Eth wallet. That’s why I am looking at multivendor plugins.

Please let me know if this plugin would work for my case. I have a dev that can do some custom code too.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @unblinkr , thanks for getting in touch with us.
Our plugin MultiVendorX changes your eCommerce site into a Multivendor site, where you can add vendors. The vendors can add products, sell products, admin will earn commission etc.

Now coming to your requirments, here is the solutions :

    • Crypto : You can use any woocommerce crypto plugin to receive payment from customer.
But, to pay the vendor their commission after dedcuting yours, our plugin MultiVendorX by default supports PayPal and Stripe only. Regarding the paybolt Gateway for MultiVendorX, you can pay vendor using this crypto payment gateway by two methods:

    – Manually: Admin needs to pay manually vendor their commission form admin’s crypto account.

    – Automatically: You can make the crypto Gateway plugin compatible with MultiVendorX by doing custom code, so vendors will be paid automatically. If you need reference of hook/filter, let us know.

    Hi,

    Please confirm:

    1. Your plugin doesn’t accept crypto, I have to use separate plugin for that. In my use case, the payment in and out should be in crypto.
    2. Once payment in crypto comes in, I can use your plugin to keep a small fee for myself and then pay the vendor. The small fee will be in crypto, can I transfer to my crypto wallet by your plugin?
    3. This is a marketplace, so the vendor will be different each time. Does Paypal or Stripe offer the ability to automatically load the vendor based on their inputed wallet address? Will the payout be in crypto or regular currency?

Is it possible to do a call with you to explain my situation? Thanks.

Hi @unblinkr , our replies are inline :

yes, you need to use seperate plugin that supports cypto. Then make that compatible with ours using custom code, so you can also pay vendor in crypto.

    1. Once payment in crypto comes in, I can use your plugin to keep a small fee for myself and then pay the vendor. The small fee will be in crypto, can I transfer to my crypto wallet by your plugin?

Our plugin will canculate how much admin will keep and how much vendor needs to be paid.
Now if you would use custom payment flow to pay vendor in crypto, then MVX will provide you how much to pay the vendors.

    Yes.
As shared earlier, by default we support PayPal and Stripe. So they handle who and what to pay vendors as per their selected payment mode i.e. Paypal/stripe.

If you want to add the same using crypto, then you have to create a custom payment module.
