Play button do not play audio.

  • Hello there,

    I’ve successfully installed AWS Polly with full permissions for Polly and S3 bucket. When I load the page it does show the player but when I click to play it doesn’t play audio.

    Looks like, the audio path is not accessible to the player. Here is a quick screenshot of the process or visit the link page shared above.

    Hi @aspirenetwork,
    Are you using some kind of WordPress builder solution? The URL path which is being generated is not proper, and it’s really strange because it starts from “src” instead of “https”. Can you check if the problem still occurs, if you will use “S3” as storage location of your files? (you can change it in plugin settings page, and you will need to republish post).
