Play button not showing on an iPhone

    The MP3 player works well for us, but recently a user has complained that the play button doesn’t show on their iPhone. I have tried it on different phones, emulators, and screenfly, and it always works for me. Therefore, I don’t think it’s a CSS issue, but something else going on. The user emailed a screenshot to me, and sure enough, on that person’s phone, the play button is completely missing.

    Addendum: Important point, the user tried various browsers on the same device, including Safari and DuckDuckGo. All browsers on that device return an MP3 player without the play button.

    Hi,

    you are currently using plugin version 3.6

    Please make sure to update it to 4.2 as we have resolved this issue.
