Play buttons showing but not working

    Hi,

    I’m having a recent problem in the woocommerce shop where the music player buttons are now showing but not playing when clicked. I am using the pro version, which I purchased about 2 years ago.

    I had to deactivate my plugins recently and I then saw that the Music Player plugin was out of date – so I downloaded the new version. However, it seems that it has now reverted back to the free version.

    How do I reactivate the pro version?

    The script that generates the audio file for demo is returning the error message (https://ollyspianosheets.com/shop?wcmp-action=play&wcmp-product=12991&wcmp-file=782f8361567bdb648f3afe3e2e4c8fe6_12991):

    …It is not possible to generate the file for demo. Possible causes are: – the amount of memory allocated to the php script on the web server is not enough, – the execution time is too short, – or the “uploads/wcmp” directory does not have write permissions…

    Or probably the audio file associated to the product is inaccessible.

    Hi,
    Thanks for getting back to me on this. The permissions for the uploads/wcmp folder are set at 600. I’ve tried changing it to 755 but it keeps reverting to 600… I’ll see if I can sort this with the hosting company…
