    This plugin is for broadcasting live video with included web based interface or external encoders. Streams can be played back over RTMP or HLS (after transcoding).

    This plugin is mainly for broadcasting live streams, not for playing other 3rd party live streams.
    Plugin can also re-stream existing external streams if available as RTMP or RTSP (ex. ip camera streams) by re-publishing from configured streaming server.
