Yes you can play mp4 files using our plugin and it does not require any flash player.

I did everything as shown but unfortunately only the player screen is displayed but the video itself is not displayed on the screen. What could be the possible reason?

Have you tested with a different video file ?
Please send me a player page link.

With Google Chrome work. It does not work only with mozilla and IE. How can I fix this?

Which version of Firefox are you using and what is your Operating System?

Use Firefox 85.0.2 and windows 7/32 and windows 10/64.
