Player cant place a tipp, cant edit

Hey experts!

After installing the plugin sucessfully and adding a player/user he/she cant edit a single tipp, nowhere.

The post shows correctly the tipp page ( [cs-usertipp] ) but there are no options for the player to put digits somewhere.

As admin I can edit the results for testing purpuses.

I am asking for help.
