player is not showing in tutor lms with latest version

    hi when i am using the version 1.9.10 the when i upload a youtube video to presto player and using that shortcode in tutor lms its is showing the prestoplayer and working fine but when i update it to version 1.14.0 then it is not showing the player itself i am seeing empty page… why this is happening?

    and also my second questions is “why do presto player is not showing multiple quality options of a youtube video when i upload it to presto player ?what to do for multiple quality options?
