Player List and Subs

Trying to figure out if I’m missing something or if there’s no way to do what I’d like to do…
On my billiard (8 ball) league website, for each team, I’ve got a player list that I link to the team page.
The problem is, whenever a team uses a substitute player, if that player has played on a different team…within the player list, the substitute player shows their total stats instead of just their stats while playing with the team in question.
For example, let’s say Player 1 plays on Team A one week and Team B another week. For Team A, Player 1 wins 4 games and loses 0, but for Team B, he wins 2 and loses 2.
What I think SHOULD happen is, on the player list in Team A, player 1 should show 4-0 and on Team B he should show 2-2, but as it is now, on both teams, he shows 6-2. Is there a way to fix this or is this a limitation of the way sportspress is currently set up?
Hopefully I’ve explained myself clearly.
