Player not displaying on the page(audio igniter)

Which draft, the page/post the shortcode is inside or the playlist post type?
How many items do you have in your playlist? Does this happen in a playlist with one, or less tracks?

hello, thanks for the reply. In the link below you can see that the player is actually displayed but does not display the list of songs and artists. I also asked the hosting support what could be the problem, they sent me the following errors related to the player.
