    Thanks for the reply. We were emailing you but our most recent issue was no Metadata display. We stopped hearing back after several unanswered emails. Can you respond to our email?

    I have checked the stream URL on my localhost and can see that the stream URL is working fine for me.

    Ensure that the allow_url_fopen setting is currently enabled on your server, which is required to retrieve the metadata from the streaming.

    We highly recommend that you contact your web hosting company to enable the allow_url_fopen setting for your server if is disabled. Enabling this setting is a security measure that some web hosts implement to prevent malicious actors from exploiting vulnerabilities in your PHP scripts. However, it also prevents PHP scripts from opening remote URLs using functions like file_get_contents() and fopen(), which are needed to retrieve stream metadata.

    hi prince

    yes I agree our stream url works. You had told us before about the allow_url_fopen flag and I checked this. I verified it was on. I sent you a screenshot of the setting set to on. Then I didn’t hear from you.
