hi, I installed this plugin, but whatever options I setup in the admin, the player on front page doesn’t change, it seems to be the native WP player. And when I try to customize in each post clicking on the icon, i have the same message popped up : “you should select the link to the mp3 file”, but I just can’t select it. In fact, when I insert a mp3 file in a post, it’s the native WP player which shows up in the editor, not the link to the file as shown on the demo video. (the code I see on the html editor is [audio...].)
    I must have missed something…but what ???

  • I’m having the same problem. I see the native WP player when I post a mp3 file on a page (here’s the page I’m testing on: https://www.a-mix.dk/tetetets/”

I think, maybe it’s caused by too many jquery scripts? I’ve read that they can cause conflicts if too many. Not sure though. Anyone know what to do?

    Hi,
To create an instance of the miniAudioPlayer you should insert the audio on the page linking it to the media file in the “Attachment Display Settings”. By default it is set to insert the WP shortcode.

    Bye,
    Matteo

Thank you so much Matteo! That helped. If I may request something for the future, it would be your great plugin with playlist option in it. Once again thank you ??
