Player not working

I really like this player and cannot find anything out there that is quite as good.
However, I’m finding that the player is simply not working on IE 10 and in some versions of Firefox and Google Chrome.
Can you please advise as to any solutions? Many of our prospects and customers use IE, so this is simply disastrous.
I’m finding that either just the shortcode is just displaying, or the player appears, but with no play/pause buttons.
