Player Stats Not Displaying on Frontend

    Hi there,

    Me again :-). Hope you’re well.

    We created a new season, added the players and matches. We then put in goalscoreres and cards info as we have done with previous leagues and seasons, but for some reason on this particular season, there is no player stats being shown on the frontend.

    We are using the shortcodes to display on a page built with Elementor, and here is one of the shorcodes:

    [jsPlayerStat id ="13693" group_id="25" event="1" photo="0" teamname="1"]

    Please could you assist me.

    I guess you need to remove group_id=”25″? from shortcode

    is it applicable?

    not sure if the match is actually connected with group inside the matchday

    Can you check matchday list and see if the games are connected with groups?

    something not going right with season stats

    please

    • uninstall JoomSport
    • install and activate again
    • open matchday list, open matchday from that league and press update so the system recounts the matches and tables

    See if that helps

    Thanks, just want to make sure that I will not lose any data from Jomsports when uninstalling? I will make a backup just incase.

    I removed the plugin, re-installed it, and opened each matachday and clicked the update button, but it’s still not showing the player stats.

    And just to answer your previous question, there are two groups, once with ID 25 and another with ID 26, and both do not show the stats.

    hi

    i did the following to resolve the issue

    uninstalled joomsport

    installed again

    opened this match joomsport_match/egha-indoor-league-springs-2023-bash-a-ladies-vs-cbc-ladies/ for edit in admin

    made it fixtures, saved, made it played

    player stats were recounted

    not it shall be ok since the player list displays the stats

    ping me if still problems.

    Hi there,

    Thank you, that did work. The stats for the men’s group was not showing, but I just did as you explained above for a men’s fixture, and the stats showed.
