Player Stats when Changing Teams

I’m using sportpress for baseball. Having a problem when I move a player from one team to a new one. His stats from the old team do not show up in the new [player_list]. I have to manually edit the player’s stats in the new [player_list].

Is there any way to have a players stats go with him when moved to a new team?
