Player Tracker System

Hi.

I’ve established a site for my football team. Of course, there are pages(here is one) displaying the names and positions and etc. of those players.

The thing I’m asking is that is there a way to make player adding automated since I added every player by myself through some HTML/CSS code I’ve written.

I want something that is processed through the control panel and displayed on the appropriate page according to that players position on the team.

I’m looking for a plugin or some kind of workaround.
