Player won't load in IE

First of all, thanks for a really nice player. It works wonderfully in Chrome & Firefox. However, in Internet Explorer 10, the thumbnails load but the player does not. If I click on a thumbnail, it takes me out of my website directly to YouTube to play the video. I have been searching this issue and it seems IE is notorious for video player issues. Unfortunately, a lot of my visitors will likely use IE so I need to fix this. Any suggestions?
