    I’m getting reports from users almost every day that the mp3 player won’t work for them. I can’t reproduce it.

    Are there any known issues with the plugin and:
    * Dreamhost caching mechanisms
    * Cloudflare cache
    * Caching in general
    * Wishlist Member
    * Thrive Apprentice and related Thrive theme plugins

    I’m getting this too. It’s in a typical error notice box at the top of wordpress dashboard that says ‘WordPress requires MP3 Music Player by Sonaar to be updated to v.3.2 or higher. Your audio player might not be working properly.’

    When you try to update the plugin, it says it’s at latest version.

    I use Bridge theme, and both theme and WP are up to date.

    Please let me know once resolved as we rely on this. Cant seem to send screenshot in here.

    What is reported here are considered for now as two different issues.

    @josh_a : I need URL to try to reproduce the issue on my end. But if you and I can’t reproduce the issue, I won’t be able to help or give any pointers because too many factors have to be considered.

    @meganmurphy : There was a glitch in version 3.00 which prevent updating to newer version. If you have trouble updating the plugin, or the update is not available which is your case here, simply deactivate and delete the plugin, then reinstall it again ( by going to WP-Admin > Plugins > Add New > and searching for MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar ).

    @sonaar Thanks for coming back to me. If I do this will I lose all the playlists I already have loaded on?
