Playlist not displaying correctly

Hi,

I had the Cue plugin a month ago and it worked great. I deleted it since then and reinstalled today and now the playlist is not displayed correctly. Only the top half of the banner at the top is shown. I tried deactivating all my plugins and switching to the default theme and the playlist banner is still not showing at full height. Any help would be appreciated!
