Playlist not saving

Whenever we try to save the playlist is ask for playlist height, when we enter the height and save it again next time it ask for the height. Very frustrating. We’ve paid for this plugin and its very frustrating.

Ive attached the screenshot. I also noticed other settings are not being saved too, each time it rest all settings.
