Thanks for checking Maeve, I am running WordPress via Hostgator, I went into Hostgator and manually deleted WordPress content, because when I did it via WordPress, Hostgator still stated some content was there.
I then deactivated and deleted plugins that where not being used.
I then renamed 3 tracks with full names no spaces or hyphens and all seems well and plays well.
The drop and drag facility in now working fine. (Using Safari)
All viewed well via Safari and Firefox, although the songs initially started the first beat then stopped then continued – after a couple of refreshes in Firefox they all then played with no interruptions, so maybe adding a note near the player about refreshing if playing problems occur might help the customer etc.
My main concern is the Pro Player not showing up or playing at all via Internet Explorer 8, I mentioned this in a post I created yesterday.
    Please read below:

Thought it was my mistakes in configuration, but then I tested the demo below which looks good and works via Safari browser but comes up faulty via the Windows Internet Explorer 8 browser.

https://www.galaxybrass.com.au/audio-demo/ (please check this via Internet Explorer 8)

    Any ideas why?

Hope some of this info helps others and thanks for your time.

    https://www.ohsotrue.de/bugge

via Internet Explorer 8 the player is unreadable and unplayable.

I hope this issue get’s addressed as Interent Explorer 8 is one of the main browsers.

Ok cool, thanks for repeating those steps. Now because the drag and drop is working with default theme we can say for sure the problem is a jQuery conflict between the theme and this plugin… there’s some further info on this in the FAQs. The next step for you will be identifying where the culprit is exactly in your theme… let me know how you go. ??

Ok great, sounds like cleaning up the webspace and database, and then renaming tracks with full names no spaces or hyphens has fixed the drag n drop issue for you. Thanks for reporting, hopefully other users can try this and it will help for them too.

Will pursue your IE8 issue in relevant thread so this thread is just about drag n drop AJAX issue – thanks

    Hi
I too am having issues, it used to work…
In the meantime, you mentioned above that you can edit the database to change order. Can you give me some info on where that is and what to do.

    Thanks

@obmit, please can you explain your exact issue? What’s not working for you – drag n drop order in Pro version? What steps did you try already? Link to the affected page?

    Thanks

    Hi
I can not drag and drop. Site is not live so don’t think I can send you a link. I disabled all the other plugins. I have a custom theme but it was working with it until I updated to latest WordPress. I have tried several browsers and computers. I do not know anything about changing themes, so not sure if I change it if it is easy to put back without screwing everything up.
    Thanks for your help.

As long as you save before changing, you can change themes from one to the other and back again, this makes it easy to try your site out in different themes before going live etc.

    Hope this helps?
