I just upgraded to WordPress 4.9 and just upgraded to Cue 2.3.0

When I attempt to add tracks to my playlists, the section which shows the tracks and has the button to add new tracks is missing from the page. Everything that I loaded in the past still shows up on my website, but I cannot add anything new.

This may be a problem with the new version?

    Thanks,
    Nathan

It sounds like there may be a JavaScript error on that page preventing the tracks from showing up. A couple of things you might try:

    1. Clear your browser’s cache to make sure you’re loading the latest version of JS files from the plugin and core.
    2. Disable any other plugins you have active and try editing a playlist. Disabling other plugins will help ensure there isn’t a conflict with one of them.

Awesome! Clearing the browser cache did the trick. Thanks much! Love the plugin.

Awesome, glad to hear that worked and you like the plugin! If you don’t mind leaving a review at some point, it would be much appreciated.

Hi, I actually have the same problem with my site and clearing my cache did not help. I also went through my plugins and nothing there seemed to make any difference. Whenever I pull up an existing playlist that was previously created, it’s blank. They still show on the site, but we’re now unable to add to them. Any ideas what might be wrong? This happened within the last week. I upgraded to the latest version 2.3; but only after discovering there was an issue. Upgrading didn’t make a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, please ignore my first post! I decided to clear my cache one more time and that seemed to do the trick.
