Playlists – styling & quality selecting

Hi, I am very interested in using the Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress plugin but have a couple of questions that I have come across in testing it.

1) The variable quality selecting feature seems to disappear when using playlists.

2) Is there a way to change the styling of the playlists? The default seems to be the “Prev” and “Next” arrows on the video… is there a way to have a scrolling list alongside the video more like you would see on YouTube?
