Play/Pause Button Not Showing

  • The Play button for my Soundy Background Music plugin is not appearing on my site.

    My goal is to get it on the upper right corner of my site on every page.

    Here are my saved settings:
    Enable Background Sound: Checked
    Audio file: uploaded ogg file, it plays when play button is pressed in settings page
    Autoplay: unchecked
    Loop: checked

    Corner Insertion: Yes
    Corner Position: Upper Right Window
    Offset: 30 px x 30 px

    Responsiveness: no

    I also tried inserting this code into the parent header theme. (I am using the child theme, which has no separate header php file):
    <?php soundy_button(); ?>

    Any advise on how to get it to work?
