please add a "post now on telegram" function

  • Hi! i love your plugin. Its the only one that works like it should without error with some text formation. THANKS for this ??

    one thing would be awesome. if the plugin would be able to share my post directly after i have published it.

    for example:
    we have a “minecraft server blog” and sometimes we do events and write about what happens in there. since all our members have telegram it would be awesome to let them know everything directly so they can join. right now the shortest time is 1 hour(?) so after a big event it takes to much time until everyone can see the post and so i still have to send out notification manually

    so it would be awesome if you could add this functionality ??
