I am using Forminator and Tablesome for a local non-profit tennis club with around 200 members that takes care of county tennis courts, but I encountered a fairly major Tablesome limitation that I’m hoping can be addressed.

When people pay to renew their membership (or a new member filles out the form) using the Forminator form on the website, they have the option of specifying additional family members to be included in the member directory. Usually these form entries are blank, but sometimes people add family members.

Right now, there is no way for me to have Tablesome “know” how many rows to add to the table with each Forminator submission, so currently I’m forced to have it just add blank rows to the table whenever a person signs up for an individual membership, even when no family members are specified. This causes me to have to go into the Tablesome table and delete 3 blank rows almost every time a new member is added – not a good long-term solution.

If you give Tablesome the ability to detect whether certain Forminator fields are blank or not and have that determination be the basis upon which Tablesome actions are performed, I’m almost certain that the organization will be not only willing but even eager to pay for a Tablesome subscription in order to have more than 3 action sets performed on each Table. Even better of course to be able to adopt similar logic that Forminator uses in its “conditions” language, including value comparison, and/or, not, etc., but even if you just add the one ability to check to see if a Forminator field is blank or not, this alone would be huge.
