Please add support for Surge

    Hi Rob, sorry I missed the notification for this message for some reason.

    Checking Surge plugin page I see it says adding a “Cache-Control: no-cache” header is enough to skip caching for a page, Fresh Forms do this already, have you tried it?

    You would need to flush Surge cache after activating Fresh Forms.

    I did some testing and I was able to confirm Surge is supported for the reason explained above, I have updated the plugin description to reflect this.
