    Hi,

    1-

I suggest to add this option to the settings of the numerical fields such as “Number” , “Calculations”, “Currency”, etc. in Forminator.

In the “Settings > Formatting” of the fields mentioned above you have “Separators” and “Round to”. However, I think it would be great if you add another option to determine the number of decimals after dot “.”, since sometimes we need only integers without any decimals.

    2-
I also suggest to add the following in the fields which may have many options such as “Radio” and “Checkbox”.
Assume we have a question with many options. In “Settings > Layout” you only have Horizontal and Vertical. If it is set to Horizontal, then the options take place in rows such that in each row with a fixed space between them. If it is set to Vertical, they are only in one column below each other.
however, sometimes it would be nice to add more than one column. So if you add in another option in “Settings > Layout” to determine the number of “Columns” might be useful.

    3-
Thanks for adding the option “Inset Fields+” in the above part.
My other suggestion maybe a little bit tricky.
If the form is long and we want to add a field somewhere in the middle it would be difficult to drag a field from the bottom to that part of the form.
3-1- If you can add this functionality:
    — make “Insert Fileds+” sticky (fixed), I mean it is always visible in the window
    — next one clicks “some point” in the form area and then click on “Insert Field+” and choose the field he needs, the that field will be added to that “”some point””.

    3-2- Another choice.
Like some of the known form maker plugins, you set your fields in the sidebar (fixed) and drag and drop the fields in the place one needs.

I hope this suggestions are useful and make your form even better among form maker plugins.

    Thanks.

  • Hello @sdnazdi !

I trust you’re doing great today!

However, I think it would be great if you add another option to determine the number of decimals after dot “.”, since sometimes we need only integers without any decimals.

That’s actually what the Round To option does – it will set how many numbers after the dot should be there, including 0.

So if you add in another option in “Settings > Layout” to determine the number of “Columns” might be useful.

Sounds interesting, I will send your feedback to our Forminator team regarding this.

Regarding #3 – this also sounds interesting. We’re preparing a new version of our user interface library, maybe it will be a good chance to have this kind of layout when it gets released. I’ll also forward your feedback on this to the team.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel

    Thanks for your quick reply.

1- You are right when it is not a Calculations Field.
In Calculations field setting the “Round to” works for decimal 1,2,3,4, but not “0”. When I set “0 decimals” it shows two decimals after dot.
    Do I miss something?
