Please allow us to rename or move the unsmushed images

  • Right now any unsmushed image is simply appended with -unsmushed which means anyone can easily grab the unsmushed images if they wish for every single image we have. This can be a privacy concern for those that use ReSmush.it to also strip exif data from images.

    Please provide an option for us to 1) append something other than “-unsmushed” to the end of the file name or 2) move the unsmushed images completely out of a web accessible folder.

    Thanks for this request. We’re trying to keep the option page as simple as possible, so that it’s quite easy to use.
    However we’re working on “Advanced options”, and we’ll consider your requests.
